EILEEN FISHER

In Spring of 2024, RJ was invited to style a capsule of new and archival Eileen Fisher pieces—crushed silks, poplins, silk georgette, and linen-cotton knits—arranged as a modular luxury wardrobe designed to move effortlessly from spring into summer.

“Often the most real luxury is in simplicity and ease—and few designer do that better than Eileen Fisher,” RJ says. “There’s an almost architectural satisfaction in styling her clothes—the clean line of a charmeuse trouser against the grain of raw silk, the subtle tension between airiness and structure. Whether its interiors or fashion, I’m always drawn to that same dialogue—light, material, and proportion working together to create an elevated way of living.”

Juxtaposing the brand’s refined minimalism against polished concrete floors and vast windows of northern light, the images were shot by Jay Romero in a former industrial building on the Hudson River waterfront, a luminous space designed by the award-winning firm Ferguson Malone.
